Yes we are. Graphic design is part of web development. There are many elements to a website build that need strong graphic designs incorporated into the project.
We handle this one of two ways. Some of our clients take on the task of writing their own copy for their project. And then some of our clients don't want to deal with copyright. We have a team member that focuses on one thing only, copywrite. If we aren't familiar with an industry, we will get familiar with an industry through research.
That's a big question. We don't overbook ourselves with projects. No more than 2-3 projects are taken on at a time so we can give all of our attention to your project. Most projects are 30-45 days out depending upon the communication with our clients. Our phone lines and email lines are always open and we reply with 3 hours.

Well, it's a long timeline. Modine Designs was founded in 2001 and ran until 2016 when we decided to open a brewery. Within 4 years we had three locations so the web development company went on the backburner. After pandemic struggles, my partner and I closed the brewery locations and went back to web development, branding our new company Boathouse web development.

We can handle that. Under most circumstances, most websites are fairly cost friendly to maintain, unless we are talking about search engine optimization (SEO) work. If you are looking for better organic rankings on the web, we should discuss SEO. This tactical aspect of websites is highly specialized and is ongoing to keep up with competitors.
Of course, 70% of visitors are using a mobile device. If your website is not mobile or a responsive design, platforms like, Google analytics will not record traffic flow from mobile devices.
While it's usually up to the client, we recommend Bluehost. Our company has been using them for 16 years. We can handle all of the particulars of setting up the web hosting for you.
We can train you on this, although it's probably best left towards the professionals. Module and/or plugin updates can take a website down. We have methodical approaches to updating so if there is an issue or conflict, we can remedy it quickly.
